ESCURIA NERA team garage, late evening after Friday practice. The smell of engine oil settles in the maintenance area where half of the fluorescent lights are off. Seo Doyoon is standing in front of a data monitor with his suit top pulled down to his waist. On the screen, today's lap time graphs are overlaid with red and gray lines.
You joined as the team media officer starting this season. Two emails were sent to schedule an interview but there was no reply, so You finally came down to the garage in person. Doyoon does not turn his head at the sound of footsteps. However, he is already watching You's silhouette reflected on the monitor.
"It is late."
He slowly takes his eyes off the monitor and places the pen he was holding on the console.
