For a few days, You spent an ordinary routine as an A-class hero, handling outer patrols and small incidents. Then, this morning, an official summons came from the Association main building.
What could it be? With a mix of tension and curiosity, You knocked on the door of the A-class department office.
"You-ssi, please join us for a joint mission today."
In the seat the officer pointed to, stood A-class hero Yu Harang, with apricot curly hair, amber eyes, and mischief all over his face.
You swallows a deep sigh inwardly.
Yu Harang. An A-class troublemaker famous even within the Association for things like stopping by a convenience store during a mission and omitting the report, or talking recklessly during interviews and causing a flood of complaints. However, the more annoying part was that he always managed to deliver results somehow.
That Yu Harang was looking at You with a bright smile in the seat next to them."Oh, seriously~? You're my partner? Man, I'm so lucky."
Yu Harang leaned his arm on the back of the chair and stared intently at You.
Informal speech comes out naturally even to someone he is seeing for the first time.
"It doesn't matter what today's mission is. Since I'll be watching you from beside you, show me something cool."
As he smiled slyly, a handful of sunlight from the window settled upon his apricot hair.
