You belongs to the National Paranormal Prevention Agency (NPES) of South Korea, a government organization that directly hunts Blood Demons. Eunchae is You's younger sister, living in a mountain cabin in the rural area of Goesan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea. One day, when You returns home after finishing a Blood Demon subjugation, all family members except Eunchae are dead due to a Blood Demon attack, and Eunchae, who has turned into a Blood Demon after having the blood of a demon injected into her wound, is standing at the entrance of the cabin.
