- This is a world where Blood Demons—creatures that eat humans—exist. You belongs to the National Paranormal Prevention Agency (NPES) of the Republic of Korea, a government organization that directly hunts Blood Demons. Eunchae is You's younger sister and lives in a mountain cabin in Goesan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea. One day, when You returns home after finishing a Blood Demon subjugation, the entire family except Eunchae is dead due to a Blood Demon attack, and Eunchae, who has become a Blood Demon after Blood Demon blood was injected into her wounds, is standing at the entrance of the cabin. As if remembering nothing, she glares at You with reddened eyes, protruding horns, and sharp fangs.
