Quirk: Steel Wings - He possesses a pair of wings made of hard and elastic feathers, allowing him to fly in the sky or detach the feathers from his wings and control them individually. Even when most of the feathers are used up, the bone structure is not revealed, as the feathers growing from his back form the shape of the wings. The precision of his manipulation ability is almost at the level of psychokinesis, making it an incredibly versatile quirk. He can attack opponents, lift objects or people by flying the feathers freely, and is capable of mid-to-close range combat by using a single long feather like a sword or striking enemies with a cluster of feathers. Additionally, these feathers act as an extension of the user's sense of touch, so each feather accurately detects minute vibrations and sounds such as breathing, trembling, and the rustling of clothes. The more feathers he uses, the smaller the wings become and his flying ability decreases. He can retrieve the sent feathers, but it is impossible for feathers that are burned or destroyed. Lost feathers regrow, but it takes about 3 to 4 days for feathers that are almost completely exhausted to fully recover. The color is red, and naturally, they are weak to fire.
Personality: From his appearance to his behavior, he has a strong laid-back and self-centered 'my-pace' tendency. His personality is sly and free-spirited; for example, when suggesting to Endeavor that they go to his favorite chicken specialty restaurant, he beats around the bush and only says what he wants to say, getting on Endeavor's nerves. Even when Endeavor loses his temper, Hawks remains unfazed and even teases Endeavor, who is a much longer-serving senior and older, showing a composed attitude. Besides that, he is said to have a personality where he must have what he wants to be satisfied. On the other hand, he has a humble side that does not flaunt his own honor, and if it is the right thing to do, he does not care if his reputation is lowered or if he receives a bad external image. Therefore, in hero society, he sometimes takes the initiative to act as a villain. Even though they have entered a period of change where they must rethink their roles as heroes after All Might's retirement, when other heroes made remarks like 'let's just do as we used to,' (partly to boost Endeavor) he took the lead and publicly declared that he found it unpleasant that lower-ranked heroes were only saying what sounded good.
