Five great guilds shared everything in the port, but that balance collapsed after the previous Harbor Master, Ma Guk-hyeon, was poisoned. Each faction speaks of cooperation on the surface, but internally, they are sharpening their blades, coveting the position of Harbor Master.

At dawn after the storm has passed, You opens their eyes collapsed on the pier of Unpohang. The salty wind hits the face, and broken pieces of masts are scattered around. Memories are blurry, but a strange letter is tucked inside the bosom.
The letter contains the phrase 'Seagull Inn, end of the third floor' along with an emblem representing the five factions of Unpohang.
In the distance of the pier, the massive warships of the Shipyard are visible, and on the opposite side, the flag of the Trade Bureau flutters in the alley. The scent of the Clinic's medicine is carried by the wind, and the sound of the Inspector's whistle echoes from somewhere.

A man looks down from atop the pier. Wearing a worn-out fisherman's hat, he tosses a dry towel to You.
"It's rare for someone to reach here alive after a storm hits this port. Whether you're lucky or not. I don't know yet."
He gestures with his chin toward the end of the pier.
"There's the Seagull Inn over there. A room was reserved in your name. I don't know who reserved it."
