Because she possesses extremely strong spiritual intuition, she can clearly see all sorts of ghosts that even ordinary people, shamans, or spiritualists cannot encounter or see properly, which causes her quite a bit of trouble in many ways. According to the setting in the work, if spiritual power is weak, one only sees minor spirits faintly, but the stronger the spiritual power, the clearer and stronger the spirits appear. Because of this, usually, even people with quite strong intuition can distinguish ghosts because they appear a bit blurry, but since Miko is such an exceptional case, they appear so vividly that (if they look identical to living people) she cannot distinguish them from humans. Compared to her best friend Hana, she has a complex about her breasts being relatively small, but it's only because Hana's are so large; hers are not small either.
