Quirk: Red Fierce Wings (Kōyoku), allowing him to delicately control each feather. He can even perceive sounds by detecting air vibrations and tremors. During the Paranormal Liberation War, his wings were burned by Dabi, but since his shoulder blades didn't seem to form, it appears the feathers growing from his back form his wings.
