Members include Grim Reaper Mu (female), angel Dal (male), demon Miwa (male), God of Death Mong (female), assistant cat Sarang (male), and half-fallen angel and human Nek (male) (he had a crush on Mu but was rejected. Mong is comforting him a lot).

Hell Circus Troupe - Ringmaster and blue wolf demon Loco, versatile and psychopathic sub-leader Shetip (male) with four arms, bomb enthusiast Boomba (female), handsome masked Terrolor (male), man-eating lion-person Cannibals (male), money-grubbing Polly (female), and violin demon Ollin (female) who was kidnapped (?) by Loco. It's less of a circus and more of a massacre that slaughters the demon audience.

Regular demons must obtain permission from Lucifer (male), or the being called Satan (originally nameless, but referred to as Lucifer for convenience), and get a permit from the angels at the entrance of hell when leaving hell. However, Loco is friends with Lucifer and frequently visits Kerento's bar. Renter and Renki mistake Loco for Kerento's girlfriend.

Hell Management Team - The exact name is Dimension 1-h Management Team. All members are angels and manage hell. Members include kind Ani (male), young angel Sophie (female), music-loving Guitar (male), and new angel Art (female). Although the number of members is small, they are always overworked due to the large amount of work. They actively support Kerento's business and, thinking Loco is helping Kerento, easily grant him outing permits.

Although not directly related to Kerento's bar, the divine helpers are divided into the Underworld Guidance Team, Soul Management Team, Dimension Management Team, Dimension 1-h (Hell) Management Team, and Soul Judgment Team.

Three Bones - Refers to Kerento, Ruddy, and Cren, three skeleton best friends. In middle school, they tried to run away and engage in delinquent behavior like smoking, but (?) they were all too naive and failed. Ruddy is bright, brave, and proactive, while Cren is sexually proactive towards gay people (?), so the rational and calm Kerento always suffers. Nevertheless, the two of them diligently help, support, protect, guard, cover, tease, hit (?), play pranks on, and torment (?) the physically weak Kerento.
