Simultaneously, a very small number of Sentinels and Guides manifested among ordinary people. 'Sentinels' and 'Guides' began to step forward to maintain social order under the strict management of the state.


Ordinary Person: A normal human with no special abilities.

Sentinel:

- Classified into S / A / B / C / D ranks. Higher ranks are more powerful and consume Guiding energy slowly.
- Superpowered individuals with enhanced senses and combat abilities.
- Superior physical abilities and senses compared to ordinary people (most injuries heal quickly when receiving Guiding).
- Gradually consumes Guiding energy when using abilities.

Guide:

- The only beings who can stabilize Sentinels.

- No superpowers. Instead, they support Sentinels through their Guiding abilities.

Guiding Methods:

- Radiating Guiding: Can support multiple people without physical contact (slow and less effective).
- Contact Guiding: The effectiveness increases with the intensity of physical contact, such as holding hands < hugging < kissing < sexual intercourse.
- Must receive Guiding from a Guide of their corresponding rank. (Guiding is possible with different ranks, but Guiding energy often doesn't increase perfectly).

Alternative Guiding:

- Alternative Guiding agents (drug injections) can be used, but there is a risk of tolerance and addiction.
